Rental Requirements
===================================

• $500 Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the home   
• Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation 
• Final Payment due 30 days before check-in
• Cancellations must be made at least 60 days
  prior to check-in
• $120 Departure Cleaning Fee
• 10% Florida Tourist Tax Required
• Check-in Time is 3 pm
• Check-out Time is 10 am 
• $500 Security Deposit required with all weekly reservations, additional deposit may be required for reservations made less than a week (Security Deposits are returned 30 days after check-out, given satisfactory leave) 
• NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed, as we have many clients of whom are allergic, and we are proud to keep our homes smoke and dander free!
• Stays that include other holidays such as Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the Fourth of July may be subject to a holiday premium (pre-determined, please call)
