Rental Requirements

- $500 Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the home
- Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation
- Final Payment due 60 days before check-in
- Cancellations must be made at least 60 days
prior to check-in
- $120 Departure Cleaning Fee
- 10% Florida Tourist Tax Required
- Check-in Time is 3 pm
- Check-out Time is 10 am
- $500 Security Deposit required with all weekly reservations, additional deposit may be required for reservations made less than a week (Security Deposits are ordered 30 days after check-out, given satisfactory leave)
- NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed, as we have many clients of whom are allergic, and we are proud to keep our homes smoke and dander free!
- Stays that include other holidays such as Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the Fourth of July may be subject to a holiday premium (pre-determined, please call)
