Rental Requirements

- $500 Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the home, larger deposits may be called for during peak season and extended stays
- Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation
- Final Payment due 60 days before check-in
- Cancellations must be made at least 60 days
prior to check-in
- $165 Departure Cleaning Fee
- $49 Security Deposit Protect
- $45 Reservation
- 10% Florida Tourist Tax Required
- Check-in Time is 3 pm
- Check-out Time is 10 am
